SNL New Cast Members

Well, every year I wait and hope to see the new additions of the new cast.  In the past before the internet, I would sit in excitment and wait for the new member.  But wait, I knew about the new cast when they retooled the show in '95 as I knew Will Ferrell was on the show.  I couldn't youtube him for shit back then.  But yeah, I remember seeing Bill Hader and Andy Samberg and wondering who they were and thinking that these guys might be the funniest dudes on the show.  We all know how that worked out.  And now, we have Jenny Slate and Nassim Pedrad.  You all may know slate from Jimmy Fallon, where she played Jenny the evil page.  I know Nassim went to UCLA.  I wonder if these girls will be more Kristen Wiig or more dare I say, Casey Wilson.

I'm shifting this blog over a few viewpoints

So It's been awhile since I've created a post on here and I have decided to shift this over to my musings about stuff rather than what I do.  I think my views on what I like are much more fun to read than stuff about my life......Ok, so I think I I'm writing about Comedy.  We'll see what happens.

You are created

What to say. I used to have a blog on myspace and I don't really write in it anymore. Myspace is kind of over, I guess? Anyways, I've always wanted to start a blog and muse about my favorite things. Comedy and Music. So this is what it might be with some of my personal fun anecdotes mixed in. Who knows? I really don't. I went to see Aziz Ansari at Largo last night. He was working out some material. I am a big time Human Giant fan. So I was pretty stoked. For those of you that don't know, Largo is this awesome venue to see some of your favorite comedians play and try out new stuff. And I mean alternative comedians. What was cool was Zach Galfianakis showing up to try out some new material. His stuff is very funny. I can see where all the hype comes from. I thought Aziz was really awesome for what the show was and I think I'd like to see his show when all the material is all "worked out" until then, I'll still go to his workout shows because I am a stupid fan boy. Ha.
I also have been seeing the new Richard Gere/Diane Lane movie advertised a shit load and its getting annoying. For those of you that don't know they are in another movie together. It's not the one where Diane Lane has that affair with the Latino-Frenchman actor. No, it's a new movie. The only thing this has going for it is that it's a Nick Sparks novel. Yes, call me a fag. I thought the Notebook was fucking awesome. Anyways, Yeah. Oh, the line I keep hearing that bothers me is the "What keeps you Safe Line." What does that mean?
